FOUNDATION MANAGEMENT package one
Twice monthly visits where we will check your utilities meters, check for damage, (after severe weather we will make additional visits to check for damage), we will water your plants and garden, gather your post, perform visual pest control checks.
You will receive a status report via e-mail report, both written and photographic. The report will detail changes in the status quo and make any recommendations we feel may be necessary .

In package two we provide the same service excluding the severe weather report and on a single monthly visit only.
